Every booking includes the entire 5,000 SQ FT facility, cycloramas, and styled sets. We clearly show standard and after-hours rates, attendee surcharges, and the one-time cleaning fee.
Standard Studio
Our signature rate. Full access to the 5,000 SQ FT facility, 20 FT white cyc, green screen, Black Noire, and all styled sets for creators, photographers, and small crews.
After-Hours Session
Late evening captures, moody neon shoots, and overnight productions from 7:00 PM through the 6:00 AM close. The after-hours rate replaces the standard rate for those hours.
Large Group & Crew
For bigger productions: 10–19 attendees add $50/hour, 20–40 attendees add $85/hour to your applicable standard or after-hours rate. The surcharge is per booked hour for the whole group — not per person.
$95/hour from 6 AM to 7 PM. $150/hour from 7 PM to 6 AM. A reservation crossing 7 PM (e.g. 6 PM–8 PM) is split: $95 for the standard hour and $150 for the after-hours hour — never flat-rated at the higher rate.
1–9 people: no surcharge. 10–19 people: +$50/hour. 20–40 people: +$85/hour. The surcharge is added to every booked hour for the entire group, on top of your standard or after-hours rate.
A flat $50 cleaning fee is added once per reservation — not per hour — regardless of your session length or group size. Bookings may cross midnight up to the 6 AM close.

Our standard rate is $95 per hour from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the after-hours rate is $150 per hour from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A one-time $50 cleaning fee is added to every reservation. If your group is larger than 9 people, an additional per-hour attendee surcharge applies: +$50/hour for 10–19 people, or +$85/hour for 20–40 people.
